Thomas Stelzer gets inspiration, especially when he visited the southern states and New Orleans. So he went there in 1999 with Levon Helm in his Blues Cafe, played in 2001 with Marva Wright and her band in Mama's Blues Club and had the opportunity of the 13th Annual WWOZ Piano Night with Eddie Bo, Marcia Ball, Jon Cleary, Charlie Miller Johnny and knit in the blanket to play music. In April 2003, he collaborated with three German musicians and nine guest musicians from New Orleans, the CD "Cajun Moon - made in New Orleans," directly into the "world-music-city" and was inspired by the way, swept the local studio work. In 2006, the second to appear in New Orleans recorded CD "brainstorming". All good things come in threes: The CD "Dreams - The 2010 New Orleans session" was produced with the participation of five Germans and 10 Southerners - special guest was Dr. John himself, who was very pleased with this session!
